Wil Halman Retirement Development- (sketch plan) 296 unit retirement community and mixed commercial use on 38 acres at Cedarville Road and Route 100. Last PC appearance March 2008

Rexrode Property- ( sketch plan) 84 units for retirement use on 20 acres at Vaugh & Miller Roads. Developer is Wil Halman Retirement Development. Last PC appearance March 2008.

Laurel Grove- (sketch plan) 17 lot residential subdivision on 30 acres west of Keim Street near Schrum Road. Developer Constantine Properties, last PC appearance January 2008.

Route 100 & Route 724 (Conditional Use)- North Coventry Commercial LP proposes commercial development to include hotel, bank, restaurant and office buildings. Last PC appearance May 2008

Shops at Coventry- (sketch phase)- 24,000 sq ft expansion of Coventry Mall. (Stoltz Real Estate Properties) Last PC appearance April 2007

Temple Estates (Preliminary Phase) - Philip Ettelson developer-proposed 9 lot residential subdivision on 20 acres at 1237 Temple Road. Application date Mar 17, 2005. Last PC appearance June 2006. Received conditional use approval from board of supervisors in February 2008

Rosewarne Tract (Preliminary Phase)- 6 lot residential subdivision on 11.2 acres at 901 Miller Road (Clover Hill Construction) Application date July 21, 2004. Last PC appearance February 2008.

Elliott Trust (Withdrawn 2009)- proposed 11 lot residential subdivision on 19 acres located at 1217 Laurelwood Road. (Basile Corp). Last PC appearance January 2008.
